Returns and Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third-party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: Rua Cidade de Rabat 10, 2º andar.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Replacement in case of damaged goods:
If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we will happily send you a replacement. Please report the problem by email within 20 days of receiving the item to polistoria@polistoria.com.
Be sure to include:
– A description of the problem and details about the packaging;
– Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).
